Beth was wonderful to work with. She was our agent for the purchase of the home and even though buying a home can be stressful, she made it a pleasant experience. It was an easy decision to reach out to her when it was time to sell. It may seem like common sense when it comes to preparing your home for sale, but there are a lot of things you just don't think of. With Beth's experience and guidance we were able to sell it at a great price very quickly after completing some improvements. The offer we eventually accepted came in the day it went on the market. I feel this is in part due to her listing it as "coming soon" prior to going live with the sale, and her gauging the market correctly. In summary, working with Beth was a pleasurable experience, and having bought and sold with her, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She helped us buy at a fair price, and sell at a much higher price than we purchased. Couldn't ask for more.
