We recently had a home built, Beth Mandell was there every step of the way from picking a lot to making sure final touches were done before closing. Having a home built was a very stressful time but it was very reassuring knowing we had Beth to turn to if we were unsure or uncomfortable with anything! Beth sold our prior home and helped in every step of our new home building/buying process I would definitely call on her again if needed.

I sent in an email requesting information on a lot. Within the next 30 minutes, Beth Mandell contacted me. We met up at the property the following morning. Beth Mandell came off as easily approachable, extremely knowledgeable and patient. She listened while I explained my situation and future plans. It was reassuring, her understanding of my situation and how I found her to be very trustworthy. As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into. I didn't think I needed a realtor since I was purchasing a lot and a mobile home to put on it. Boy, was I wrong! I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Beth Mandell. She immediately took the role of my advocate and set up communications between the selling agent, the company I was purchasing the home from and my mortgage lender. She handled every aspect of my transaction and substantially reduced my work load. The home sales staff and mortgage team all had pleasant comments about Beth Mandell. With Beth Mandell's keen attention to detail and high level of knowledge in her profession, I felt so at ease during my closing. Beth Mandell, by far, exceeded the excellent rating. As I was told from all parties involved in my purchase, the issues that came up were a first for many. When Beth Mandell explained each problem, immediately, she followed it up with a course of actions to remedy the situation and what possible outcomes I could expect. I can not express how grateful I am with the teamwork, commitment, and dedication that occurred between my mortgage broker and Beth Mandell. It was such a pleasure to work with Beth Mandell and I honestly can not put into words how much I appreciate everything she did. I only dealt with Beth Mandell so it is kinda hard to rate the performance of other staff members. But, in my opinion, CENTURY 21 Properties Plus must be a great company since my experience with Beth Mandell exceeded all my expectations. Even though I do not see myself needing this service ANY time in the near future, I would not hesitate to call Beth Mandell.
