Buyer reviewBuying a new home is a very scary and stressful process. It's even more stressful when choosing a home across the country, and you can't be there for most of the process. We could not have done any of this without Beth Mandell. She was crucial for us in picking our new home. We were able to come to Charleston once to pick our builders, and she knew exactly where and what to show us. She exceeded our expections, and we could not be more pleased with her and our new home. She was there when we could not be, attended meetings when we could not, and always clearly communicated the process and what we were missing out on. She always had answers to our questions and was realiable and trustworthy. It would not have been the same without Beth, and we are eternally grateful for her. Thank you Beth!

To making sure we knew everything that was going on throughout the entire process. Beth stayed on top of everything for us and made our transition from Virginia and buying our new home here in Summerville as easy as possible. I would recommend her without and hesitation. Absolutly wonderful!!!
