Please let me introduce myself, I am Beverly Carter, a full time, professional Realtor! I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and serve as a Director on the Stillwater Board of Realtors. I have lived in or near Stillwater my whole life. It is a wonderful community to enjoy my grandkids and OSU activities! Real-estate is truly my passion, I love helping buyers and sellers make the biggest purchase of their lives as fun and stress-free as possible.
As a Realtor specializing in residential properties, I have always brought abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to my work. You can be assured I will stay on top of all the details of the deal to provide a smooth and easy transaction.
I feel part of my job is to educate my clients and give them a true understanding of their home purchase or home sale. I received my real estate license in 1983 and joined Century 21 in 2003. I could not have found a better company to make my home. I work with some of the best agents in town. And I am truly humbled by the recognition I have received from Century 21 as the top producer in our office, a top 10 producer in our region, and recognition for distinguished quality service. I was inducted into the Dick Loughlin Hall of Fame 2012. But honestly, my very favorite recognition is from the people alongside whom I get to walk through one of the most exciting (and sometimes scary) decisions of their lifetimes.

She helped us find our first home in Stillwater in 2009, as I moved my family from Alaska to Oklahoma while my husband was deployed to Afghanistan. It was no easy feat and Bev made it so seamless, guiding me every step of the way as it was also our first home purchase! We did not hesitate for a second when we used her again in 2015 to move into a bigger home. Again, she proved to be the correct choice with her compassion and knowledge. So, most recently we had to move to Edmond and needed to sell our house. She had it under contract in 3 days!!!!!! She is simply an amazing human as well as realtor and she'll always be a part of our family.
