Being out of town and getting our parents house repaired to sell was a task only Bill could handle with inspections, repairmen, buyers, selling and moving furniture and we couldn't have done any of this without him. When there was wind damage and a trampoline ended up in the backyard, he handled it and many other things he went above and beyond to sell our home before it actually was listed. The care and thoughtfulness he put into being there for us while preparing to sell our parents home is beyond our expectations of what any realtor should do and he did it with nothing but an open heart and mind to ensure it all went smoothly.
