We knew that we would utilize Billie Jean for all of our future real estate transactions. We had already moved out of state and couldn't deal directly with the property any longer personally. Billie Jean stepped in and notified us of every aspect involving the sale of our property. We felt that we were well represented and considered on every transaction even though it was long distance.
