With our sudden need for us to sell the house, I knew Billie Jean would be able to help us. She knew how much we put into the home, and worked hard finding comparable homes to get us the most money back. She also helped a lot with the transition of our tenants, working with them while the house was listed, and while the property management was difficult for all of us, she assured me they were deserving of their deposit back. We are both grateful for her consideration. And although there were delays that the bank alone was responsible for, she was constantly on their case about their inadequacies and needing to get their part done. In the end, our home was sold to a nice couple, who I hope is enjoying the new home, and we are getting settled in our new home at our new base. If we ever get stationed at Vandenberg, I know exactly who I am going to.

My husband and I moved to Lompoc from Arizona. It was difficult searching for a new home when we were able to travel to Lompoc for only a brief period of time and then had to return to Arizona.
