Buyer reviewMy husband and I met Bob at a New Buyers seminar held in Methuen. We made the decision after his turn to speak on finding the right home, the steps needed to get into a new home, etc. We could just tell right away that Bob was the right person to help us find a house. After many open houses and several disappointments, I found the home. We saw it on a Friday night with Bob and there was an open house set for Sunday. Bob called and said he called the seller's realtor to see if they would cancel the open house if we gave a good offer and we got it! Had Bob not suggested that there is no doubt that the price would have been out of our range and gone to someone else. Bob was a major help throughout the whole process! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!
