Buyer reviewI was referred to Bob by a trusted person whom I've known for 10 years. She didn't hesitate to recommend Bob. He had helped her purchase a home previously. Said he is the BEST and we wouldn't regret working with him -- and she was right. Bob always had our back and worked in our best interests. He called everything like he saw it, and was frank, open, and honest in his opinions. We truly appreciated Bob's patience. We started looking, and then put the search on hold for a good 6 months. When we reached back out he was happy to hear from us and picked up right where we had left off. We were also really grateful for his recommendations for inspection, septic, title attorney - we were so happy with everyone we worked with that he directed us to. I cannot imagine our first home buying process going as well as it did, if it had not been for Bob's guidance through the entire process. We so fortunate to have such a seasoned, experienced, knowledgeable agent. I would absolutely refer him to my family and friends.

He found us several houses to look at, including the one we ultimately bought. He did a great job walking us through the process and helping when we needed it. I can't speak highly enough at the job Bob did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Seller reviewBob's knowledge of the market made the sales process very easy. He's very knowledgeable which allows a buyer/seller to make quick and educated decisions. Buying and selling a home is stressful but Bob's knowledge makes the process much easier. I'd highly recommend Bob to anyone buying/selling a home.
