Seller reviewBob was very persistent and patient. His tone of voice on our first phone call warmed me up to him, even though I had already selected the 3 agents I planned to interview. But Bob was able to overcome my objections without making me feel pressured. He asked the right questions and was a great listener. I was so impressed with his phone skills, I thought that maybe he would be this good with potential buyers as well. And he was! Absolutely top-notch young man. It was a pleasure working with him and getting to know him. We were so impressed with his work ethic and drive to succeed.

Upon meeting Bob & listening to his approach, and his excellent follow-up, I made the decision to go with Bob as my broker. Bob was available via phone consistently during the sale process. He was patient, friendly and an excellent listener. This was my 1st home sale and Bob patiently and thoroughly explained each step in the process. Bob used both video & print coverage to market my home. I feel this was a huge selling point. Bob was very proactive in the sale of my home. He did an excellent marketing campaign. He also did an excellent job dealing with a new & nervous home seller. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to sell or purchase their home.

Throughout the entire process Bob was easily assessable, informative, and always kept me in the loop of things. He made the entire process easy and comfortable to deal with Bob put me first which is very rare and is hard to find given such a huge market in Atlanta.
