Bob was the agent who helped us to sell our previous location....there was no way that I was going to purchase a new location without him! I cannot say enough about Bob. Bob is a great realtor. I have used many realtors in my life as I have sold about 7 homes in the last 35 years. We discovered Bob when he sold another property we had an interest in purchasing. We didn't get that house sue to our realtor at the time not being aggressive enough. I was so impressed with how Bob consulted with me that I knew I had to work with him to get our home sold and to help us find a new home. We put our home on the market at 7 pm on Thursday night and had 2 showing the following day, Friday. We had our first offer on Saturday and aftwr hosting an open house on Saturday and Sunday, we had 6 offers by Monday. This was aftwr trying to sell the same home two other times in the past 3 years through different realtors with no success...same house only difference was the realtor. Maybe a slightly hotter market and time but otherwise Bob is the only reason we can explain the success. We are self described high maintenance clients. We have incredibly high expectations and are sometimes unrealistic. Yet, Bob met and exceeded our expectations in every way. He was highly responsive and ahead of us every step of the way. It was refreshing to work with someone that loves what he does and is a results driven and delivers every time.
