It took a while and had some bumps along the way, but in the end Bob did a fantastic job when it came to representing me to make the close happen. I liked working with Bob, This was new experience for me and he was there to answer the questions I had whether they were directly relevant to teh sale of the property or not. I was going to put Good, but what really put Bob over the line was everything he did at the end stage of working and organizing contractors and setting up all the contingencies, taking a lot of the work and worry off my hands. He definitely went to bat for me. After dealing with a house on the Market for over 6 months and seeing other properties move it became disheartening with the entire situation. We decided to take some time off to recharge. When we went back on the market, Bob was on point from day one. He really stepped up to the plate and hit this one out of the park. He even assisted with some challenges with the new home. If you ever feel like a number or your house is trying to sell itself, look Bob up, he'll make sure you're taken care of.
