Seller reviewMy husband and I were both impressed with the way Bob handled the sale of our house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us frequently updated. Buyer reviewMy wife and I provided a challenge to Bob Clarkson to help us find a home in a week.This did not phase him. We were unable to agree on a house in this short time and returned twice I think. Her likes were much different than mine! Bob showed great patience and stamina. Without taking sides, he guided us through neighborhoods that we could not have found without him. Zillow and Trulia are minor tools when compared to what this young man did with us. Seller reviewI have sold three properties through Bob. He implemented a sales strategy and marketed the properties appropriately. The longest duration it took for any of the properties to have a contract on them was 8 days. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that needs to buy/sell.

Seller reviewWe interviewed six agents before deciding on Bob Clarkson. His approach was creative, positive, and effective. He brought us a buyer and a contract quickly, and got us to the closing well prepared and with the minimum of fuss that could probably be expected in a buyer/seller negotiation. Bob made an effort to emphasize the positive aspects of the transaction, and when he contacted us regarding hurdles in getting the home ready for purchase, he made suggestions (and gave us contacts) to help us get through the process smoothly.
