Buyer reviewBob Kennedy did a fantastic job working with me and my housing needs. Always responded promptly on any questions or setting appointments for viewing homes. My boundaries were in multiple cities on Bob always was there to show me the house for consideration. Never had any issues with communication, questions or answers. Knows his business well. Bob worked with me closely through all the stages of my home purchase. Handled my home purchase very well.

Buyer reviewWe found Bob when the agent we had at the time was too busy to take us to see the houses we wanted. Bob took us to see places that the other agent told us to wait until the end of the week, on the same day we talked to him. Inside of that same week, we had looked at double the number of houses we had looked at with the previous agent in three weeks. He also educated us more on the process of home buying, and filled in the gaps we always felt were missing.

Bob was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful during the entire process. He was always available whenever I had questions or concerns (which was often).
