Seller reviewMy daughter was Bob Kennedy's client last year. She really likes Bob's service and knowledge, so she recommended Bob to us when we were ready to sell our house. We selected Bob and we have been glad our decision since. Bob is on top of everything, from market analyzing, price setting, advertising, communicating with buyers' agents.... up to closing. Bob provided detailed and clear instructions to us. He came to our house several times to explained the documents we might be confused. The day before the closing, he explained in person every items we need to sign next day, which made us comfortable during the closing. Bob is polite. He gave us suggestions, but at mean time he also listened to our opinions, so we can have fruitful discussions on our concerns. We have bought and sold our houses several times, however Bob is definitely the best agent. We would like to recommend him to every potential buyer or seller!!!

Seller reviewI enjoyed working with Bob Kennedy at Row. He was accurate with the advice he gave, comparisons he made, and the recommended selling price for the house. He always sent and answered email quickly. Bob's photographs of the house for listing were very good. He made the rooms look large and chose good angles. They compared better to online listings from other sellers. I highly recommend others to work with Bob to sell their property.

Bob Kennedy turned out to be very polite, very knowledgeable, and very likeable. After working with Bob Kennedy I think he is just a superb realtor. Due to the shortage of homes, we spent a lot of time looking. Bob was always willing, and available to show us homes. Anyone who works with him will enjoy the experience. I wish everyone who is buying or selling a home the same great experience I had with Bob Kennedy.

Buyer reviewBob Kennedy is a great realtor with excellent knowledge of a number of communities in the area. He was thorough in his research on homes we were interested in many times with answers even before I even had asked him the question. Bob was flexible with his schedule in showing us homes after work and on weekends even with late notice that we were available. I would recommend Bob Kennedy to anyone buying or selling a home in southeast Michigan. Thanks for helping us find our home Bob!
