He helped my sister find her house, and helped to sell my grandmother's. He was the only person I considered when starting my home buying experience. From the beginning I felt I could put my full faith and trust in him. He listened to what I was looing for, and definitely understood my personality and what I wanted from my house. His knowledge, and expertise when looking at several houses was invaluable. He was patient, calm, and professional. When we finally found my house, it was like he knew before I even did. The entire process couldn't have been smoother. He was able to negotiate, and get me not only fair market price, but lots of extras in the house.
