He listened to our initial pricing strategy and agreed to give it a try, and within a couple of weeks we had a buyer submit an offer which went beyond even our most optimistic expectations. Finally, Bob was tremendously helpful in taking the rest of the process through closing, which as a great relief for us as we'd already moved out of the region by that point.

Very aware of the local market and recent sales which enabled us to get a better than expected price for the house. Would not hesitate to recommend Bob to family and friends.

Seller reviewBob Meade advised us what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. He was very knowledgeable and advised us the appropriate time to put it on the market. We had a lot to clean out of the house we were selling since we lived there for 43 years. Bob would come over periodically and check to see how we are doing cleaning it out and encouraged us to do more until he felt we were ready. With Bob's advice we put it on the market at the proper time and sold it within 2 weeks. We also purchased our Pennsylvania home through Century 21 in Pennsylvania.
