Cathy worked really well with us!! She was kind, knowledgeable, patient with us, and understood our needs. She looked out for us through the entire process. We were first time home buyers so we knew nothing about the whole buying process. Upon viewing the house she pointed out things that we needed to be aware of and communicated with the seller's agent to be sure things that needed repaired got repaired. She double checked that repairs were made, and got all the receipts emailed to her, and then sent them to us. She even "re"-requested, and double checked one particular repair, making sure it was fixed right the second time. She stayed in regular contact with us, making us aware of each step, answering our questions. We never felt "lost" in the process. I honestly cannot brag on Cathy enough! Even through this whole Covid-19 pandemic she figured out how to be safe and keep the recommended distance and safety measures while still giving us our final walk through. And although she could not come in with us on closing day because of the Covid-19 situation, she waited in the parking lot for us to come out! She was so sweet. She gave us a nice congrats card on the new house with a generous gift card to Kroger. So sweet of her! I felt like she *truly* had our best interest at heart! She seemed to truly care about us and our new home, and making sure we were pleased and happy! My husband and I are so thankful that we discovered her on realtor.com!!!!
