Buyer reviewOnce I heard she was able to get an apartment in Montclair for my friends, I knew she had something special. She was very responsive to us and gave us excellent referrals for lawyer and home inspection. When we found that we had a squatter in our house she was very communicative with the seller's agent in getting the squatter out. She was probably the only real estate agent in the state who could translate my wife's wants into a house purchase.

We moved shortly after putting our home on the market and Ceil made sure that did not delay making the home suitable for sale. She showed up for contractors, appraisers, and inspections. If you want a realtor who's on your side and will go to bat for you, Ceil is your woman.

Buyer reviewCeil was extremely patient and more importantly she began to understand, better than we did ourselves, the type of house better suited for our unique needs. (i.e. a need for a mother-in-law suite, lower taxes, sane commute.) When Steve Jobs first attempted, decades ago, to convince his superiors of the need for a small hand-held computer the industry didn't understand and exiled him. He'd said something to the effect of -- people DON"T know/understand what they need -- we have to show them/build the device. Ceil is your Steve Jobs. She stuck it out with us and began to understand what we needed. She did it in a subtle manner, with periodic check-ins and a nice dose of "cheering!" and uplifts! We are so grateful that she guided us thoughtfully and patiently throughout the years, eventually finding the home we needed. Thank you!

Seller reviewCeil went above and beyond in the sale and marketing of our home. When we needed to get a permit for some work that had been done, Ceil went to the building department to make sure we secured the permit and got a timely inspection. Ceil was always available to answer our questions and alleviate our concerns. I would recommend Ceil without hesitation!
