Her suggestion for us to write a personal letter to the Seller is what got us the house. The seller had 5 offers and chose us! (And our offer was NOT the highest.) Kudos to Ceil! Montclair's real estate market is highly competitive & is extremely difficult for families with less than moderate incomes to purchase a home. Ceil fully understood that & knew precisely what to do make our homeowning dream a reality. We love Ceil!
