Charlie is a former teacher/coach turned real estate agent who specializes in residential and lake home sales in the Fergus Falls area. We didn't know it at the time, but VA loans, while worth the trouble, can be a bit of a pain, and Charlie walked us through every step and made sure we understood what was next. We hope to some day be able to buy a vacation home, and Charlie is our guy.

Seller reviewCharlie is a great guy to work with. He helped us buy a home that would be temporary, but we didn't know for how long. He then helped us find a lake home. That took many outings, contacts, research and he handled any questions we had on the property. He then handled the sale of the first house we'd bought. Charlie will go out of his way to help you find the house you want. If the need arises, we'll contact him again.
