Charlie is a former teacher/coach turned real estate agent who specializes in residential and lake home sales in the Fergus Falls area. Buyer reviewCharlie Brue was listing a property that we saw when driving by. Even though that property was already "gone," Charlie took the time to meet with us, ask what we were looking for, and then set up notification emails so we received properties via email. He was consistently on the lookout for us without being overbearing. Hands down, Charlie is an amazing guy and it showed right from the start. Charlie was so accommodating when we were slowly plodding through the scant listings of springtime. Then when that hot property came up, he was ready to jump on it. He has the patience and perseverance to push through the slow times as well as the agility and savvy to move very, very quickly to help us nab a great home at a time when competition was fierce.
