Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I was not very familiar with the home buying process and Charlie was so wonderful to explain everything in detail and ensure I could fully understand. I could not have asked for a better experience and it was all due to her! She was so personable and it was a pleasure getting to know her. I would definitely recommend her to any and all of my friends, she went above and beyond for me.

Gary and Charlie were so patient with me and took the time to make sure I understood everything every step of the way! They offered up educated opinions and advice when asked and knew the market very well. Gary went above and beyond to make sure I had a chance to look at as many houses that met my criteria as possible and Charlie was fierce in negotiations and helped me to land a great deal on my new home. I will absolutely be teaming with these two again for any future home purchases and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a smooth home buying process!

Buyer reviewI was using a different realtor that did not take selling homes very seriously. That made me look for a new realtor. I actually found her husband, Gary, on realtor.com and he helped me first by showing me the homes. When I was serious about making an offer on one, Charlie came in a did such a great job. She showed me the house a couple more times while waiting to hear back about the offer I put in. She came to me to explain the paperwork I was signing and took so much time out of her schedule to do so. And they were very supportive atcosif. Very knowledgeable about the process as well as the area I was moving to. Charlie and her husband make a great team and went above and beyond what I expected.
