Her assessment of our house's sale value proved correct with the final sale price and the actual appraisal. Charlie was quick to find time to show us houses that met our requirements, even though she lived on the other side of the metropolitan area. I would highly recommend Charlie and Gary for anyone seeking to either sell or purchase a home.
