Charlie was always professional, accessible, and willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions/concerns that we had, even when it was probably outside of her responsibility to do so. She answers texts/calls throughout the day, and she will always follow through with what she tells you. She spent hours trying to get us information/documents that were lost (with no help from listing agent), and was diligent in helping us to get the repairs that were agreed to, even after the listing agent failed to complete them. We will certainly work with Charlie again when we sell this house, and to help us find our next home. She has earned lifelong customers with us, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Charlie and Gary Sanford did an excellent job. They are both extremely honest, business savvy, ethical, hardworking, and personable. Both are great problem solvers who are very good at their job. They are husband and wife with grown kids who understand family dynamics. They really are super great people. Most importantly, they put up with me, a stressed out seller who was juggling a dozen other things at once. I don't have time to list all the little things they took care of so that I didn't have to do anything during the entire process. That list is voluminous. All I had to do was sit down at the closing table. That was it. I am openly recommending them to anyone selling their house or looking to purchase. I used Charlie 11 years ago to buy the house that they just sold for me. She did an superb job then, and as a result, I called her when I decided to sell it this year. Gary is a super addition to the real estate business since he retired from serving as an exec in another industry. It is impossible to not like Gary, and he has some great critical thinking and problem solving skills. Gary came and babysat all the people doing the repairs to my house prior to closing, monitoring what they were doing while staying on the phone with the home inspector to make sure we were fixing everything to the inspector's liking. When we ran into snags, he found ways around the hurdles. Charlie was also at the house for every single event: appraisal, inspections, treatments etc., in order to make sure everything went smoothly so we could close on time. I would trust either Charlie and Gary with any property I own. Charlie and Gary make a great team. Kudos to them. There is a reason they are so highly rated. I am a fan of them both. Charlie and Gary should own the Century 21 Goodyear Green company and be in charge, providing training for novice and seasoned real estate agents on how to do the job. For the record, I would ONLY use Century 21 Goodyear Green if Charlie and Gary are there. Otherwise, I will follow them to whatever company they may be at.
