Chris Ennis helped my daughter and I buy a 'gem of a home' in an ideal neighborhood for a price under our budget. The home buying experience was positive and full of essential details that made us both feel comfortable and certain; it was an opportunity of a lifetime. I've known Chris for a few years so selected him after his responsiveness and willingness to jump on things when we decided to pull the trigger very quickly. Chris was a pleasure to work with. If you look up the phrase "above and beyond" I'm certain you'd find his picture. He was a great sounding board as we weighed the pros and cons of each house we looked at and in no time felt like we were pressured to make a purchase. As we talked about potential upgrades to the house, Chris gave us references to talk to that were just as responsive as he was. We've called Chris at 7am and 11pm and he is always available to answer our questions which is much appreciated. We'd never think of using anyone else. Even after we've closed on our house Chris has still made himself personally available. He's even coming by the house to give us a hand with a few things this weekend. Again, the definition of "above and beyond" is Chris Ennis.

Absolutely perfect transaction. If you had 10 more agents like Chris you would put every other firm out of business. Can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing.
