We have used Christine's services before and used her again! We love Christine and she will be our realtor if we have to move. She was attentive to our needs in building our new house in Virginia while stationed in Colorado. She did videos and pictures for us and walkthroughs when we couldn't. Christine also helped us win the fight for the $25k incentive with the builder. She also pointed out issues in our final walkthrough that we didn't see. Overall...Christine is awesome!

When we first thought about selling our home, we had no idea what we were getting into. All that we knew was we were ready to start our next adventure. We searched around for a realtor and after getting several recommendations, Christine was a highly reputable agent with many years of experience. We met with her in the fall and prepared to list our house in the Spring. March was coming fast and the market was already HOT. We got the house show ready in under a week and Christine had some AMAZING pictures taken. The brochures that she printed for us were show worthy and we were proud they were of our home. We went live on Wednesday, March 11 and had multiple offers by the end of the weekend. We were officially under contract on Monday. Unfortunately, the first contract ended up falling through within 24 hours of closing due to fault of the buyers. But you guessed it, Christine put her foot on the gas, and we relisted the house and had MULTIPLE offers within 24 hours again! We went back under contract and completed the sale! It was unreal how flawlessly everything worked out with Christine's help especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We can't say enough about Christine and her willingness to work with us into the late hours of the night to get things done. Not only did we have the best experience in selling and buying our dream home, we also gained a new friend!

I can't recommend Christine enough. We decided to sell our house right at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic shut down in Virginia. This became an incredibly difficult time and there was a lot of uncertainty around if we could still list our home, but Christine handled each twist and turn with expertise and creativity. She came up with multiple ways to show buyers our home, like 3D virtual tours and doing a "coming soon" listing to get early interest, and I believe those were paramount in the eventual sale. Her experise and knowledge of the market was evident and we truly felt that she had our best interest at heart through the entire process. The whole process was smooth and even exciting, when we expected it to be more challenging. The credit for that goes to Christine.

Christine made this process as seamless as she possibly could. Considering we listed and settled all within the COVID-19 pandemic we couldn't be more thrilled with how wonderful our experience was. We owe 100% of that to Christine and all of her hard work. She is an excellent communicator and did everything she could as far as recommendations, being flexible, and frankly fighting for us when we needed her most. We can't thank her enough for making the purchase of our dream home exactly that...a dream. We have already, and will continue to recommend Christine to friends and family. She is the best of the best and it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know her and working with her through this process.

Christine was so easy to work with from the start. She was organized, friendly, always giving great advice and got the price we were hoping for. If I hadn't moved out of the area, I would have used her to buy a new home.
