Seller reviewSometimes life throws a challenge at you. My wife and I bought a beautiful 2 acre parcel south of Suttons Bay 5 years ago with the intentions of building a retirement home. My wife was diagnosed with cancer and passed away in August 2020. The dream was smashed and I found no reason to have this property. I needed to sell it, but I live 3 hours downstate and need someone that will take care of the sale for me. I contacted Cory Beuerle and she took every worry and concern off my mind. A few short weeks later she contacted me at 10 pm on a Saturday to inform me of the sale. A couple short weeks after that and the sale was closed. This was an exceptional experience. It's sad that this dream never came true, but Cory helped make the process seamless and with no stress. I would recommend her to any friend or family member that is looking for an agent in Leelanau County.
