We were referred to Cory by a good friend in the area who had used her to sell a home. They said she was the "best realtor for the Suttons Bay area" and we quickly saw why. We live in Colorado and were looking for a summer home in this area. We had a great conversation over the phone for the first time and she quickly understood what we were looking for and that we were just getting started. She allowed us time to watch the market and check in with her on interested properties. When we were finally interested in properties that we wanted to look at, she quickly set up virtual tours and helped us through the initial process of whether or not we would put an offer in. She was very flexible and easily handled that we were not in the state and she provided good information that helped us making informative decisions. Once we found the house we wanted and we were there "in person", Cory made time for us since she knew it was limited and she went the extra mile in every step of the buying process. Because we were not there for much of the contract period, she made sure she was at the inspections and any other important meeting that needed an "in person" visit since we could not be there. She listened well to what we wanted to negotiate and served as our mediator throughout the process. Cory is in an incredibly hard worker and would answer emails and texts late into the night due to the time difference. She was professional, nice, fun, knowledgeable, and patient. In the end, we are thrilled with our new house and could not be happier with how easy the process seemed even though we were not in the area.
