Seller reviewAs previously mentioned, the sale of my commercial property went very quickly and smoothly. She advertised effectively and was available to show the property at all the times requested by the potential buyers. The property was sold within a few days of listing. Courtney was dealing with a difficult and demanding buyer. She fielded most of the buyers questions without even calling me. At the end, she had summarized the flow of funds so there was no surprises with any of the expenses that normally are incurred throughout the sale. She also assisted me in obtaining insurance for my other commercial properties. She definitely went above and beyond in matters that truly were not her responsibility. I was particularly impressed with her knowledge of the sale of commercial real estate and I never felt like "the ball was dropped" in any regard. Courtney is definitely the complete package and recommend her highly.
