Buyer reviewCristina organized a whirlwind weekend of 13 house tours and was helpful and patient throughout. When I had questions, she quickly found the answers, and when I found the listing for a house we had not seen over the weeekend, she visited it without me and gave me her honest opinion. Having been with me over the weekend, she understood my primary goals and desires and thought that I would like this new house, and I do! She talked me through the offer process and helped me with the inspections and negotiations for the offer that was finally accepted. I enjoyed working with her and the time that I spent with her, and I would recommend her to anyone else looking for a home this area!

Buyer reviewChristina is great! She is very responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. Christina knows the Norfolk/Newport News area well, and is also familiar with military service members and VA home loans. She was willing to show houses nearly all day for 2 days straight, often booking or cancelling showings at the last minute. Once we made an offer on a house which had multiple offers, Christina gave knowledgeable advice, which resulted in us winning the house bid. Christina scheduled and attended 3 home inspections, 2 of which I was not able to attend due to work commitments. I also really appreciated Christina's professionalism in referring me to an excellent real estate attorney, who ensured title issues were handled without issue. I highly recommend Christina's services as a real estate agent. ?????
