Seller reviewCristina was spectacular! She helped us navigate a work relocation sale fraught with perturbations seamlessly and was literally always available to answer our questions and concerns. Cristina frequently updated us before being asked and she was honest and forthcoming about every concern we had and provided excellent advice. Cristina quickly and accurately priced our sale and quickly marketed the property. We had other choices, but, comparatively, Cristina was leaps and bounds above the others.

Buyer reviewCristina Wray is Amazing! My husband and I were not the easiests of clients. Christina fielded a lot of texts from us - essentially a text for each time we changed our minds...which was a lot! Cristina was ALWAYS responsive, professional, and affable! We were looking for a four bedroom, two-story brick home in a mature neighborhood (I love trees!) that was close to the beach and highway and.... she delivered! We love our new home and we are so lucky to have worked with Cristina! Cristina is an excellent realtor who has a great deal of knowledge of realestate and the neighborhoods in the Hampton Roads area; but what sets her apart from the most excellent of realtors is her patience. My husband and I were both astounded by her ability to remain calm in the sea of chaos that comes with buying a house! On a scale of 1-10, she's a solid 11! She made our transition so much less stressful, and we are so excited to start our new life as Virginia homeowners! Thank you, Cristina!

I am in my house in literally a 2 week process. She was very patient with me. This was only the 2nd house shown. I lived over 14.5 hours from VA. Cristina helped guide me through tge entire process with no complaints. Top notch service provider. She help negoiate me the greatest deal. She is still checking on me and my famiky. I love it!!!!
