Seller reviewWith Mrs. Wray's suggestions and marketing skills, the property was only on the market for approximately two days before she had a buyer. She is very thorough with negotiations, closing and understanding of our needs. She is a pleasure to work with, and was always available to answer questions. We will definitely be using her services in the future. She looks out for her clients. She is an asset to Century21. In the pass we dealt with Century21 with purchasing and rental properties. We had several bad experiences to the point that we chose another property management company. So, we were very reluctant to work with anyone from Century21. A relative of ours suggested Mrs. Wray. We still hesitated for several weeks. She contacted us She was very professional and understanding. So, we decide to sign her as our agent. We are very glad we did. We look forward to working with her again.
