Cyndi arranged for an excellent company to pack everything very thoroughly and send it to Kansas City. She recommended and arranged for contractors to do the work necessary to make our home show ready. The result was inexpensive but a huge improvement in how our home looked. She created a virtual tour of the home since conventional showings were prohibited for a time. She recommended a sale price that I initially thought was high, but the house sold for that price. Cyndi was very responsive to all our questions, and always kept us updated to the minute on the progress of the sale. This included after the sale with the closing process. She made a troublesome and difficult home sale for us virtually effortless and stress free.
