Cyndi Bjornstad has spent more than 40 years in the real estate industry assisting both buyers and sellers to make their dreams come true. Her experience and expertise during the difficult marketing times gives her an edge on HOW TO buy and sell in our current market conditions.
Cyndi was raised in the Seattle/Kirkland area and then moved to Snohomish county area where she raised her family. Cyndi understands the wants and needs of buyers and sellers and works with her clients to make every transaction smooth and free of any issues. She has received numerous awards over the years for both top production (Sales Person of the Year), several Centurion Awards from CENTURY 21 on an International level, and recognition for Quality Service from many of her satisfied customers. Her designations include the CRS, CRP and SRES.
She has dedicated many years to the Easter Seals Washington Organization, raising awareness for those in need and working to increase donations for the cause.
On a personal note, she enjoys playing golf in the sunshine and exploring Europe, however, her moments with her clients when they complete their transaction is always a very exciting time for all involved.

Buyer reviewAt first i was concerned that Cyndi was not local to the area we were targeting. I was wrong, way wrong. I was blown away with the dedication and persistence to getting understanding of the local housing area and what the best homes with our targeted "wants" and more importantly "needs" were. To say she is a hard working person would be an understatement. I fully believe Cyndi is one of the hardest working people in the industry. She knew everything, and when she didn't she found out within the hour. She fully understood my needs and helped navigate my husbands needs. Let's just say, we didn't see eye to eye on what we needed. And in the end, we found my dream home (which was way over our budget) and managed to speak to the buyers get them down to the pricing we were approved for and got our dream home. When i say dream home did I mention i will live here the rest of my life? THIS IS MY DREAM HOME and it is all thanks to Cyndi Bjornstad. I fully believe that with all my heart.

Buyer reviewCyndi was fantastic and I really enjoyed working with her. We spent two full days looking at homes and we exhausted by the end of it. I have already recommended Cyndi to my parents as they are looking to possibly sell their house and move closer to us. I will definitely use Cyndi again if and when we purchase another home.
