The Broker, Jim White, wrote a letter on our behalf regarding the poor management of our settlement at Coast to Coast Title. We met Dania because she was the listing agent on a home we made an offer on. Our agent at the time was clearly unfocused and distracted causing us to lose that purchase opportunity. We switched to Dania after seeing her level of commitment to her sellers, her knowledge of the area, and eagerness to help once we contacted her. Dania looked out for our best interest throughout every aspect of the negotiation and closing. She never ceased to amaze us. She gave expert advice on specific aspects of the contract and followed those details all the way through closing and beyond. It's hard to believe that Dania had other clients and contracts going at the same time that we were under contract. She made us feel like we were her only client. She was available any time of day and responded to our calls and texts within minutes. We know that without Dania's help we would never have been able to negotiate the terms of the contract that we did and most certainly would probably not have closed on this property. We are extremely grateful for her attention to every detail down to the minute that our due diligence expired, the way the settlement was handled by Coast to Coast, the continual oversight to every detail of our contract with the seller and how she navigated the water of a not so friendly/professional agent on the seller's side.
