Personal Profile
I graduated high honors with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at the age of 20 and quickly rose through the leadership ranks of GE, TECO Energy and Progress Energy before transitioning to the entrepreneurial world of real estate, an industry I have loved since childhood. Prior to my real estate career, I was known as the "closer," responsible for initiating and completing some of the largest sales contracts in the history of TECO.

Seller reviewAnyone wanting to sell or buy a property should look no further than working with Dania Perry. The most professional, efficient and effective agent/broker you can work with. Dania listens well and whether you are buying or selling, she knows the best fit. Dania pays attention to details. She is a problem solver and with her, there are no obstacles that can't be overcome. Dania has a network of followers and if there is a question on anything, she knows someone with the answer or can be guided to it. Dania is realistic on price and value and negotiates fairly and with intensity for her clients. Dania always puts her client's needs first. We purchased a new home trusting that Dania would sell our house. The day we closed on the new home we had two offers on the house we were selling. One can't expect better than that!!

Buyer reviewWe researched the highest sales agents/brokers in the area. We interviewed 5. We chose Dania Perry because of her passion, honesty, professionalism and "problem solving" and get it done attitude. Before we entered into a relationship, we had seen two of her listings when looking to buy. We were impressed with her knowledge and initiative then and have been delighted having her represent us!! If anyone wants to buy a home in the Tampa/Clearwater and beyond areas, Dania Perry is your best choice. When I mentioned her name to a real estate industry person, they said if you hire her pack your bags!!

Seller reviewknowing the local market and having great marketing skills really puts her at the top Dania and her team have excellent communication and warm,trustworthy social skills which makes the seller/broker relationship exceptional. Always making sure to update us with follow ups of showings and suggestions to show the property at its best the following time. Although the selling of a home can be stressful at times, Dania and her team put us at ease and always kept us updated with all aspects of the showing and the sale. Their helpful guidance and suggestions did lead us to sell the home so that we could move on to other projects on our list. We are very satisfied and happy with the results.
