We know that there was a broker commission but never asked the price because his enthusiasm to reach out was there. His wife Jennie Alvendano played a huge part in our selection of Daniel because she had the patience to explain the contract and illustrate in detail to answer our questions. We loved Jennie's presentation of real estate basics at New Economics for Women organization of which we decided to contact the Alvendanos first. We love the partnership and communication between them. The new business cards are very nice and informative. Great use of space. The walk through the real estate website and access was great because it allowed me to do research and searches of properties we liked to view. Daniel's research and communication expressed interest in our purchasing a home goal.

So when we decided to buy a home on top of all that it added a lot on our plates. Daniel made our home buying experience very simple and easy. He was very knowledgeable about the home and area we requested. I was very pleased and impressed with all the information he gave me and my wife on the home and homes around the area. He was amazing at reminding us when and what we had to follow during the home buying process. This was the first home I bought with my wife and I was very pleased with how he guided us on. His communication skill are very very impressive.
