Seller reviewIn additional to her real estate knowledge, Daniella has an amazing list of contractors she likes to work with who can really get the job done. For repairs and upgrades to the home, she knew exactly who to call, from the general contractor, to the plumber, carpet cleaner, flooring contractor, landscaper or electrician. She was always good at following up on them to make sure they got the job done right and in a timely manner. Her own knowledge about how to fix minor issues was amazing and her desire to save me money by doing minor fixes herself was greatly appreciated. When I was overwhelmed by the idea of choosing new appliances, she went with me to offer her expertise. I'm confident that her presentation of the home via pictures and video helped lead to the sale. She was always open to feedback from buyers and brokers who visited the home. She was a good negotiator with the buyers agent and I felt confident she had my interests at heart. Daniella is an incredibly hard worker with an outstanding work ethic. I believe her to be a rare find in this field!

Seller reviewDaniella did an awesome job selling our house. We had some repair issues and Daniella handled it all great. She made sure we are educated and know what we can expect. She helped stage the house and made sure it was perfect for visitors. In addition, she did a great job negotiating with the buyers and overall was a huge help. Daniella is extremely responsive and you can get a hold of her at all times. We bought and sold this house with her and actually also bought our new house with her and she always did an amazing job! We will definitely use Daniella again!

Seller reviewI could never have sold my moms house without Daniella. She helped me so much with preparing the house for sale. Helping me clean up the areas that still needed it to improve the value of the house. She was not happy with Stanley Steemer's carpet job she had them come back and redo them when they refused too when I asked. She also straightened out all the confusion with the HOA. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Daniella kept me up to date, and was extremely informative in every aspect of the sale. I have and woud refer anyone selling their home to call Daniella.

Buyer reviewWhen moving to VA from CO, we were being very particular about the property we wanted to buy. We went with C21 because their office was easy to reach and several homes we were looking at had their signs on them. Daniella has been great, keeping on top of various issues and communications that came up during the house search, buying and after. She was very helpful setting up viewings and being accessible for inspections and contractor work, both during after after the house purchase.
