Buyer reviewDaniella Serven did an awesome job during the purchase of our house. We are selling our current house with her as well and she always stayed on top of everything and kept in mind the sale of our old house as well. Daniella is always available and will answer any questions you have. Daniella is very knowledgeable and will let you know about all pros and cons not only of a house but also the neighborhood. Our purchase was a little more stressful because we had to deal with a bank but Daniella stayed on top of everything and made sure that everything was going smooth. Since we purchased the house from a bank, they did not include a home warranty. Daniella went above and beyond to ensure we will have an amazing home warranty on our house and even got it for us! Overall Daniella is amazing to work with. She is always available and will go above and beyond for you. This is the second time we purchase a house with her and will definitely use her again whenever we will buy or sell a house.
