Seller reviewDave Harrell was recommended to me by my brother, Mitch Simson. Dave recently sold a house to Mitch's in-laws. Mitch was very impressed with the way Dave handled his in-laws purchase transaction from start to finish! Likewise, Dave far exceeded my expectations in all areas of professional performance when working on the sale of my mother's house. It was truly a pleasure working with Dave. He set a timeline, and we met it! The end result was amazing at best. I would highly recommend Dave to my family and friends. Why? Dave has 45 years experience in the real estate business. Seller reviewThis is my second experience with Dave, and as before, he was awesome. He often goes above and beyond in helping with things that are really not his job, but his kindness shows through. I recommend him every chance I get, and have done so for the past 20 years. He communicated daily, and often had to explain things more than once, or in small words, speaking very slowly, for those of us who do not grasp the whole concept. He did so with patience and kindness. Love Dave! He is awesome! Seriously....Dave ROCKS! Della was friendly and helpful.

There are those who do their job well enough, up to a point, and then there are those who truly like what they are doing, take pride in their work, go the extra mile, and use their experience and knowledge to guide real estate novices to a happy new home. Dave is such a guide. We felt we were in good hands from the outset, but it was when it came time to make an offer, negotiate with the seller, go through the inspection process and deal with all the minutiae of home ownership in California that Dave's extensive expertise and attention to detail really paid off. Dave also has a great team by his side, particularly his associate, Emily Rainsford, who always made herself available to us to got see properties at a moment's notice and never lost patience with us during the seven months it took us to find the right place.
