Dave came in with a clear and easy to follow action plan and out all the power back into our hands. He gave excellent suggestions for how we can raise our home value and coordinated every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! 10/10 would hire again.

Seller reviewDave invests 100% of himself into the sale of a house. You get the impression he's selling his own home. He was wonderful with the whole team of people involved in getting the house ready for sale, including my family members and contractor. He gave sound advice and feedback and communicated with me on almost a daily basis as to the progress of repairs, inspections and the overall sales process. He explained things in detailed terms I could easily understand. He offered to review every document in detail. He has also been available and has answered my questions and given me great advice for purchasing a new home, even though he's not the agent for that transaction. Dave easily overcame the challenges created by the COVID crisis and found creative ways to deal with showings, disclosures and inspections. He comes with his own labor resources to help with repairs and ongoing maintenance during the sales process. Dave found the perfect, enthusiastic buyer and I feel comfortable knowing the right person will now enjoy home I had for 28 years.
