She came on a sunday evening to accommodate my working schedule, so the attic could be inspected. she also was present for me on the initial inspection since my work schedule would not permit me to be there. I was very surprise when Ms. Anderson was able to get the owners to reduce the asking price by $5000. I could not of ask for a better agent then Ms. Anderson. She is overall one of the most professional agent in any field i ever encountered.
