Deborah Anderson made the entire home buying experience much less stressful than what I was anticipating. Her knowledge of the real estate field was obvious and invaluable. Thanks to Deborah Anderson we are moving into our dream home, and only a month after our offer was accepted!! As far as negotiations, she was really helpful! I think her suggestions regarding our offer made the difference in the seller choosing to accept our offer over the other offers submitted. She has a good knowledge of how real Estate works on all levels. In my situation, the seller was a relocation company which I know nothing about. They were difficult to work with and,in my opinion, not fully honest. She never backed down and because of her knowledge of how to word a contract the relocation company had to honor the contract. It was a pleasurable experience working with Deborah Anderson. Very easy to get in contact with. Returned our phone calls and kept us up to date with everything every step of the way. I like working with Debra only. She says what she will do and always follows thru.i I plan to continue working with Debra wherever she is working for.
