I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Rest assured, should you choose to work with me you will be very satisfied with the results! I am extremely customer service oriented and am a one stop shop. Buyer reviewWe used Derek last year for our first home purchase, so when the thought of needing to move for work came up, we did not hesitate to contact Derek again. Derek was so incredibly thorough and helpful throughout both our sale and purchase. We had many questions as first time sellers, and Derek's thorough communication and care for our desires made this process far less stressful than it could have been. He was in constant communication about the process, and was able to accomodate our hectic schedules when viewing homes to purchase. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful Derek was.

Seller reviewDerek was very patient. My three siblings and I were selling our late mother's home. Every decision and move had to be shared and agreed on with four people. Derek did a great job keeping us in the loop with text messages, phone calls, and emails. He jumped in and helped with issues without being asked. He proactively researched buyers credentials before presenting us offers and shared his opinions and advice. He followed up on several offers that cancelled and also represented the final buyer, which without his support through the process could have potentially canceled as well. I highly recommend Derek Kirk for anyone selling or buying real estate.

Seller reviewDerek was OUTSTANDING!! We first met Derek back in 2015 after getting a mailer from him...we were nowhere close to selling, but we had some questions about getting the house ready. Over the years, we did a number of upgrades to the house, and would email questions to him as needed. He always responded quickly and in a very friendly manner...he was never in a rush to get us listed. Over the years he was incredibly patient while we plodded along on our upgrades. When we were ready to sell, we let him know...and poof, the house sold!! (We never considered any other broker!) Thank you Derek!!!

Buyer reviewDerek was extremely knowledgeable in all areas. He was present for the home inspection and walked through the house with us as an extra set of eyes and an understanding of what to be looking for and checking. Derek seemed to know EXACTLY what we needed to do to make certain we were the chosen buyer. We listened to him and we were chosen even though we weren't the top offer and there were 10 other offers. Derek was just an A+ professional throughout the process. He was a joy to work with. His communication each step of the way was amazing. We could text, call, or email and hear back from him extremely fast. He was so positive and energetic which made the process that much more enjoyable. I am so grateful for getting paired up with Derek Kirk for the purchase of our new home. His knowledge and expertise were so impressive, but the best part about him was his kind, patient, and friendly personality.
