I called and the next day she was at my house to talk my wife & I through what the process would look like and how much time she expected for everthing to happen. She was extremely thorough and exacting in the information that she brought with her, I was sold on that experience alone. Through the process, Donna was very helpful in what I could do to help the property gain value without dipping too far into my pocket book. She was right! My house sold over what I was expecting initially! The house was sold a little after the 2 week mark (I think, it may have been sooner). I was having a lot of stuff happen with work at the time, but Donna made everything else with the house a breeze. Roy was also there with Donna and working with the both of them was an amazing experience and have already referred her to several people.

It saved me time as well as money to skip planned improvements that would add nothing to the sales value of the home. But, more importantely, she was correct, the house sold without the improvements I had planned to make.
