Eric has lived in the Siouxland area his entire life. Born and raised on a farm in rural Westfield, Iowa, he has lived in Dakota Dunes the past several years. Eric graduated from the University of South Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Education degree and he has completed graduate work at Morningside College. He was an educator in the Community Schools for many years.

Seller reviewSome nasty weather (flooding) rolled into town right before the closing of our home. The FHA loan that the buyers were using was in jeopardy due to sudden government loaning restrictions. We closed on our new home the month prior and the thought of carrying two mortgage payment for an extended period of time was causing us a lot of anxiety. During a time when my family and I felt helpless, Eric was there for us to count on. Eric went into overdrive for us and we ended up closing the very next week. We can't thank you enough Eric!
