Eric has lived in the Siouxland area his entire life. Born and raised on a farm in rural Westfield, Iowa, he has lived in Dakota Dunes the past several years. Eric graduated from the University of South Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Education degree and he has completed graduate work at Morningside College. He was an educator in the Community Schools for many years.

Seller reviewEric Banks came highly recommended by a co-worker that had relocated out of the area. I was required to shop 2 realtors and wanted to keep an open mind, but Eric came in and pitched a realistic and accurate plan/estimate on my property. The other realtor I shopped wanted to list $35k higher, which would have been great, but based on Eric's knowledge and pitch, I knew the higher estimate was not realistic and I knew I was selecting the right realtor for my property by choosing Eric Banks. I probably sucked up more time from Eric than his other clients, but I certainly didn't feel like Eric even had other clients. He was great to work with and made me feel that we were always his number one client, which I am sure he delivers to all of his clients. I received constant updates and feedback and Eric was critical in guiding our decisions along the way to ensure we sold our house quickly, but without leaving money on the table. Great experience, I will highly recommend Eric Banks to anyone I know in the SD/IA/NE area that is looking to move.
