Seller reviewAgent Francoise Campbell is a master class agent. Her communication skills are superb. Highly knowledgeable about the market and buyers. I was hesitant about certain aspects of the process yet I trusted her because she helped me buy the house I was selling - that was 21 years ago. Another thing: agent Campbell has nerves of steel. She is persistent when the going gets tough with required repairs/documentation that are mandated by the buyer's lender-underwriter. There were scary moments leading up to successful closing but she projected and instilled faith - confidence. I am grateful that she represented me/my interests in the sale of my Arlington duplex. Whew!

Francoise was persistent and strategic which led to us viewing the house before other people got to see it. She gave us wise counsil on making our offer. On the selling end, great attention to detail led to Francoise correcting some grave errors made by our buyer's realtor which otherwise would have cost us the sale of our house. Francoise is both professional and thorough in her job. She is also very personable and kind. My husband and I have worked with Francoise on several occasions and she never disappoints. We referred two family members to Francoise after they had trouble selling their houses with other realtors. What seemed like an insurmountable task became simple and fast once Francoise took the reins. Those houses sold fast under the guidance of Francoise. With over 30 years of experience, she knows what she is doing. If you want the best, go with Francoise.
