Seller reviewThere was no question in my mind that we were going to use Francoise for the selling and purchasing of our homes. She is nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Francoise recommended we do some things to our house to prep it to sell. There was a concern because we were putting it on the market the week before Thanksgiving in a neighborhood where there were already 5 houses on the market that had been sitting for months. We put the house on the market on a Thursday, had an open house on Sunday and an offer on our house Sunday night. Truly believe it was because of Francoise attention to detail in prepping my house to sell. Francoise always looked out for her clients on both the selling and buying processes.
